Their engineer came on Wednesday morning, identified the problem, then came back that afternoon with the parts and fixed it. The fee for replacing the bearing plate with new electrodes, plus a service was £275, which I thought was reasonable. I am grateful to them for the excellent service I received.Posted on Google

Don’t bother to call them for emergencies or smaller jobs unfortunately. Recommended by lots of people but sad very disappointed. They did not answer multiple emails for a quote. When I called them they said they have a 2 week wait for a call out and because it was not an emergency I was happy to wait and asked them to get in touch whenever they were able to come and quote. Sadly they never got in touch again.Posted on Google
